News: ICNDS 2009 has been held in Guiyang, China successfully! (June 1, 2009)
ICNDS I2009 has received an overwhelming response of 650 papers submitted to the Program Committee, from 4 countries and regions. All the submitted papers in these proceedings have been peer reviewed by at least two reviewers drawn from the chairs of committees depending on the subject matter of the paper. Reviewing and initial selection were undertaken electronically. A joint committee meeting was held to resolve the final paper selection and a draft programme for the conference. After the rigorous reviewing process, about 140 papers were accepted for presentation and included in the proceedings. More information and albums clike here.
